Description

Systems Analyst III Responsible for the following key product requirements as outlined within the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): • Designs, develops and maintains software applications, architecture components, user interfaces, technical specifications, modules and software design. • Diagnoses extremely complex problems. • Reviews and maintains design documents, user documentation and training guides. • Performs Development Unit and Secondary Unit Testing. • Validates and evaluates third party software. • Provides assistance in resolving Customer Support issues. • Assists in the Quality System Management process and the assembly and submission of documentation to a regulatory agency as required. • Reviews, revises and develops SOP’s and Work Instructions as required. • Assists in recruiting, training and orienting employees to projects as required. • Mentors team members in tools and the development practice. • Lead small product related initiatives or projects   Education and Experience Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience. • 5+ years of Software Development Experience in a Commercial Environment • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
