The company Branch Managers are responsible for the management, operation and performance of the company branches. They oversee customer applications, approvals, disbursement of loans and their collection. They provide direct customer support and as brand ambassadors are the public face of the company. They directly deliver profitability by meeting sales and collections target and are held responsible for branch performance. They are supported in this by an Assistant Branch Manager and an Operator, and report directly to the company Operations Manager based in Head Office.
