NGO ResearchAssistants Jobs inNairobi Kenya

SolarAid Kenya is recruiting a small
group of Research Assistants to
support our research and evaluation
work.
The successful applicants will receive
comprehensive training and will be
called upon for short-term research
project work (estimated four to six
week contracts every few months).
The Research Assistant will conduct
interviews, surveys and focus group
discussions with our stakeholders
and will be guided and supported
on the nature of each short project.
Part of the role will include inputting
data collected and working with the
Research Manager to ensure
consistency, accuracy and quality.
The post will be based in Nairobi
and will involve travel around the
country.
Applicants must have some
background or experience of
research (within the renewable
energy sector is desirable), a
willingness to learn, and be flexible
and available to take on short pieces
of work at different times
throughout the year.
All travel expenses will be covered
and a weekly salary will be given for
each week worked.
