Job Description Tenders Officer Reporting to the Marketing Director, the
successful candidate will be expected to
perform the following functions: Job Description . Receive Invitations to Tender and document to submit competitive bidders in
conformance with specifications and fixed
deadlines. . Facilitate Tender meetings and/or site visits as required for pre-qualification, pre-
tender, or post-tender clarifications including
participating in tender openings. . Liaison with Technical Evaluation Committee. . Monitor the Tender status. . Review Tender Documents to ensure compliance with terms and conditions, and
delivery requirements of products and
services. . Review of Evaluation reports . Ensure company understand and comply with Instructions to Tenderer terms &
conditions. . Maintain Tender records. . Other duties as assigned. Requirements Qualifications Diploma in Procurement & Supply Management. A Degree in this field will be an
added advantage. Skills, Knowledge and Experience Minimum of 3 years experience in similar work with specific knowledge of Tender
processes and be an active member in a commercial
professional organization. Demonstrate ability to provide guidance on contractual, legal and financial issues
related to Tenders / Contracts process and
documentation. Specialized knowledge of categories and general market conditions. Ability to effectively organize documents and archive records Enthusiastic, committed & proactive. Computer skills: Vender research using online search, Email, Work, Excel, etc. Ability to multitask and deliver results under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced
environment Excellent communication skills – verbal and written. Strong attention to detail.
