representing a premium brand
prescription drugs. Responsibilities: Responsible for managing,
developing and directing the
team to successfully promote
Pharmaceutical company and sell
the company’s products to the
medical and pharmaceutical professions. Ensure the team attains or
exceeds agreed sales targets
and market share. End-to-end coordination of
customer production orders Customer quotations Customer
Development management Personal effectiveness Alignment
of personal and company values Area management Build and
maintain relationships with new
and existing customers Maintenance of key accounts Desired Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in
a relevant field. 5+ years of management
experience in sales, marketing,
or business development. Must have previous Management
experience. Preference given to experience in
health care, particularly service
providers such as hospitals. Must be a strategic thinker and a
person who takes initiative. Pharmaceutical sales experience
is relevant only if holding a high-
level management position.
Hands-on approach to getting
things done. Strong worth ethic and a sense
of urgency in solving problems Can manage many tasks with a
high level of independence Strong computer and office skills. Must be able to design and
execute partnership agreements,
