Field supervisor Responsibilities
in charge of all duties for a team of produce harvesters
staff performance and motivation
Produce quality control
all record keeping and reporting for the team
production forecasts
Reports to: Senior harvesting supervisor
Requirements
Minimum form 4 leaver grade C or above
Prefered certificate or degree in an agricultural related discipline
2 Years relative experience
