The Corporation seeks to recruit a Human Resources and Administration Managerreporting to the Managing Director. The successful candidate should be in possession of the following attributes: Professional Competencies The candidate should be conceptually strong in Human Resource Management, Development and Employee Relations logistics. Should have a good understanding of the business of organization development (OD), and an in-depth understanding of how talent impacts on the bottom line of the business. Demonstrate leadership in application and administration of technology in the HR service delivery, strategic planning, development and implementation of systems, processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) Experience in change and transformation management.
