the General Manager Cash Services for the
day to day operations of the cash business. Duties & Responsibilities Coordination of the operations of the cash
services business and ensuring that the set
operational procedures for the vault and field
are followed to the letter. Client liaison aimed at nurturing and retaining
business. Control and maintenance of departmental
vehicle fleet. Achievement of departmental debt collection
and employee productivity objectives. Minimum Requirements Degree in any social science from any
recognised University. Solid computer competency. At least five years experience in cash
services operations with at least two years in
a senior management position. Must have good decision making skills and be reliable, trustworthy and person of a high
level of integrity. Must have the capacity to provide effective
leadership to the operations team and be able
to deploy, train and motivate direct report
staff.
