Purpose of the Position To provide delivery and merchandising s to a prescribed plan, developing and maintaining an excellent customer servic record at all times. This role should take pride in the deliver goods to the customer whilst making th process as simple and flexible as possibl Main Responsibilities Deliver product on a regular basis deter by a delivery plan and set route to a sp set of customers within the agreed wind time. Establish and maintain excellent customer relationships by providing an efficient, reliable, friendly and courteou service to all customers Maintain the highest standard of service maintaining the required supply of stock ensure a 100% service level through ful fixtures with no ‘stock outs’ as per the agreed customer service level package (Including Merchandising Plano-gram / counting stock / replenish collect Sale or Return products) to the standard. Complete all required paperwork for the Business and for the Customer accurate in full in line with the agreed company standard. Communicate effectively with customers and maintain up to date information regarding new initiatives,pric promotions, new product listings and pr de-lists. Pick orders accurately from the van aga the picking list and ensure they are che and signed for by each customer Provide information and feedback to the sales Manager, on Customer requiremen and competitor activity on your route You Will Responsible/Accountable For:- The goods loaded into the back of your both in terms of the condition of these which must be in pristine condition and r for sale and for accountability for stock take purposes. Targets of the month (volume, distributi Cash collection on a daily basis Bad debts The correct use of and maintenance of equipment supplied by the company. The safe handling and maintenance of t company vehicle to include all daily chec oil, water, tyre pressures etc., as well as the cleanlines Completing all of the “end day” tasks as required and any other duties as may b required by the company from time to ti Required Qualifications Diploma in relevant field is an added advantage Minimum of 3 years in sales Clean Driving License –Class BCE Good understanding of basic computer s Demonstrable customer service skills/ relationship building Experience within a High Street Retailin environment MUST be familiar with coast region.
