Job Description:


This concern seeks is currently search of an Accountant. This person must have the personality to work independently and think on their feet.  This person must also be capable to work with a large cashbooks. Thus they must be able to function successfully with large volumes and values without feeling pressurized.

Duties: (include but are not limited to the following)
The most important functions will be debtors, creditors, stock control and also bank recons - this is essential
Keep record of income and expenses including the cashbook, debtors, creditors and journals
Reconcile and balance the books
Petty cash and cash book
Draw up and extract the trial balance
Extract the financial and income statements
Control of salaries and wages

Skills and Educational Requirements
A bookkeeping or accounting qualification is essential
Knowledge of an accounting system
Kerridge 8 experience is essential
Advanced user ability of Excel
Must consist of excellent communicational abilities
